The UK Government has issued new guidelines that allow small events and weddings to take place in August 2020.
To help us comply with the guidelines we cannot offer Karaoke, Bouncy Castles, Candy Carts, or Kids Entertainment packages until further notice.

Indoor Events

Small Wedding receptions of up to 30 people can take place indoors with restrictions in place that mean providing music at a comfortable level that discourages voices from being raised or shouting.

Outdoor Events

We can provide our services outdoors. You could hire a marquee for your Wedding reception or Birthday party in an outdoor space so that we can turn our music up a bit louder than we are allowed to indoors at this moment in time.
Outdoor events are only an option for those who have or hire private land or venues that can safely accommodate the event in an outdoor space for up to 30 guests.
Even though the event is outdoors there will still be some restrictions in place and we must be careful not to annoy any nearby businesses / residences.

We don’t accept bookings for house parties. All outdoor events need a safe power supply and safe surface to set up on such as dry grass or concrete.

Bookings

Please contact us if your event that was due to go-ahead earlier this year was canceled as a result of the Pandemic (COVID-19) so that we can confirm our availability for your newly arranged date and time.

We are also accepting bookings for late 2020 and 2021.
Due to high demand, we are accepting bookings on a first-come basis.
We require a booking fee to secure your desired date.

Important Information

We are unable to provide our services if there is a local Lockdown enforced in the city/town where your event is due to take place.
We frequently check for additional guidance or changes made to the guidelines and we will update the information on this page accordingly.

Maddison Entertainment is not responsible for policing of Social Distancing, the behaviour of guests or venue staff.
We have the right to terminate our service at any point during or before the event if it is deemed that the working environment is not safe or longer safe to work in.

We politely ask our client to speak to the Venue Manager ahead of their event to make sure they are aware you have booked us.
It is at the Manager’s discretion as to what is deemed safe at their venue when following the COVID safe/safe workplace guidelines.

If we were to arrive to set up for your event and we are refused to do so then would inform you and no refund would be issued as this would not be our fault under the grounds that we would have arrived fully prepared and willing to carry out our part of the contracted work.

We suggest you obtain written consent ahead of making your booking with us and the venue themselves to avoid any potential disappointment.

At Events, our team will be wearing PPE, Sanitising Hands and some equipment, and will be social distancing from guests to the best of their ability throughout.
Direct interaction during the event will be minimal to avoid any risk to all parties involved. We will be only taking song requests via an Online Web platform during your event to preventing the need to approach us.

Please read our Booking Terms & Conditions for further information.
Thank you for all your support and understanding during this time.
